Internships

Seniors may choose to participate in our internship program where they work with professionals in the field of their choosing. Areas of study include, but are not limited to:

  • Law Offices

  • Forensic Services Unit (crime scene investigation)

  • Municipal Courts

  • Police Departments

Teen Court

Working with the Pasadena Municipal Court, we hold teen court once a month. Our students act as defense and prosecution attorneys, court bailiff, and members of the jury. These are real court cases from juveniles in Pasadena. Proceedings are held to determine sentencing of the defendant (these teens plead guilty in court and agree to Teen Court sentencing). Municipal judges preside over the court and attorneys from the area act as mentors during the trial.
