AGENCY DIRECTORS HEADS UP! Have you completed your Attendance CQI for August, yet?
Remember that the 2nd Monday of every month, Aeries attendance should be complete for your sites and the sign in/out sheets should be uploaded to the site Deliverables Folders.
Please complete the MONTHLY ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATION for your sites (link located on the For Agency Directors page and 26-27 Deliverables page)
OUSD's Help Desk can reset & unlock OUSD email accounts and assist with Aeries account set up.
All technology support requests must be submitted using the appropriate form. Do not email!
Forms are accessible via help.ousd.org (requires an OUSD login) or via direct links. Request support within your agency to submit a Help Desk request on your behalf if your issue is access to your email account.
