Monitoring Site ADA : Real Time Data

This tutorial guides you on the steps to running a weekly and/or monthly average daily attendance report for one or all of your sites.  Running these reports on a regular basis (i.e. quarterly) will keep you apprised of any attendance challenges your site may need to address in a timely manner. 

Users will need the following: 

• Active OUSD Email account

• Active AERIES account with access to SUPPLEMENTAL Attendance

• Access to Tableau
