What is

Cooperative Learning?

On the other hand, cooperative learning can be seen in different perspectives that creates troublesome situations. Smaller groups help minimize these unpleasant situations, for example, stronger students doing all the work, weaker students affecting the rest of the group's grade, or doing individual work only focusing on a certain part without learning or gaining anything. The best way to avoid these situations is to study and apply the five elements of cooperative learning by Johnson & Johnson Model (Felder, R. M., & Brent, R., 2007).
