Since beginning my journey with education three years ago there is so much information that I have learned and teaching styles that I have become accustomed to. While I understand the dynamics of students, how to interact with students of different backgrounds, and how to interfere with difficult situations; there is still so much learning that I have left to do. I understand how to work with students and how to show empathy and compassion for all my students as no student or class will ever be alike. I know that as I continue my teaching journey the most important thing is for me to keep an open mind to anything that is thrown my way.
