As a Canada Soccer Quality Soccer Program, we are committed to bringing a standards-based program to our community. In that vein, we host all the courses that a Rep., Developmental/Competitive, or Fully Qualified Team Official needs to coach local soccer.

NeW and noteworthy in 2023:
Before coaching in Active Start, Fundamentals, Learn to Train, and Soccer for Life, in Community, Recreational, or House League soccer, coaches must have completed both Respect in Sport as well as the Coaching Soccer in Canada Module of the Canada Soccer Grassroots Coach Education, to meet the 2023 Canada Soccer Coach Education Minimum Standards.

Canada Soccer 2023 Grassroots Standards

You can see via this link ^ that the requirements for coaches are split into two: a Full Safe Sport Roster and a Modified Safe Sport Roster. The online theory courses for LTPD age groups are currently included with the minimum requirement of the Coaching Soccer in Canada Module for coaches to complete at their discretion (LTPD stages listed by colour above).

As always, we love to Catch you Being Good, so our club will continue to offer rewards for coaches who complete the Full Safe Sport Roster to become Fully Qualified Team Officials when coaching with us!
