Refunds

Refunds need to be requested via refunds@norwestsoccer.com. 

NOTE: The amount of the refund depends on the point in the season at which the refund is requested. Once the club has incurred costs on behalf of the player (e.g., uniform, insurance, etc.), a full refund is not possible. Refunds under $50 will be left as a club credit. Please review our refund policy for further details.

NorWest Soccer Refund Policy

Please specify the method you prefer from the list below.  Refunds can be issued as one of the following:

1. A cheque sent to the address on the player profile at the end of the month will incur an admin charge of $25.

2. A credit to your PowerUp account that can be used on any NorWest programming incurs no admin fee.

3. A donation to Jumpstart Canada to support families who cannot afford Sport for their children.
