Registration Troubleshooting

PowerUp Member Zone
Everything for your season will be held within your PowerUp Member Zone! Use it for Registration, Schedules, Receipts, Volunteering, etc.
You can find helpful information about your MemberZone Profile by clicking on the "?" anywhere in the registration process within PowerUp.
First...
be sure to add the following:
to your list of accepted senders, so you know who goes where and when!
Spam filters have decreased our ability to reach you.
If you aren't getting email from us, please consider the above!
Simple Starter Instructions
Open PowerUp (Green Bar above or link far below) and navigate to NorWest Soccer’s sign-up page via the link at the top of our page, "REGISTER", or the bottom of our page, "PowerUp Member Login"
You can log in, or create a Parent/Guardian profile here. If you do not have an account, create a new one by clicking the Sign Up tab on the right-hand side of the page:
Add a Player
From the PowerUp Login Page
locate the Profile dropdown menu
Here, you can edit many aspects of your profile
including; "Add a Player"
Select it and add the information you need to create their profile in yours.
...still can't Add a Player
This most often happens when the Family Member is already in your profile in PowerUp.
PowerUp is designed to prevent multiple profiles for participants in keep your player history together for proofs of age and receipts, primarily.
Sometimes PowerUp will "refuse to let you add a player even though they are not in your profile. This usually means they are in another profile already.
It could be your email address from a prior season; an old or work email address, or someone else's that may have registered your child; other parent, grandparent, etc.
If you have tried access using your other email addresses and still have difficulty, please email our office and allow up to 5 days for a reply.
