I am a certified public accountant (CPA) with over 30 years of experience in the field. I have an undergraduate degree in Accounting from WVU and an MBA from Pitt.

Accounting can be a fairly broad profession with many career paths, and over the years I’ve worked for a public accounting firm (Arthur Andersen); for a local bank as an internal auditor (Dollar Bank); as a consultant for an investment banking firm (The Meridian Group); as a consultant focusing on financial reporting for a professional staffing organization (RGP); and as a senior manager of financial reporting (Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh)

Currently, I work from home with my focus on internal controls and regulatory compliance for a public company located in Austin, TX. My company (Core Scientific) mines Bitcoin and provides data center infrastructure services for companies in the AI space.
