Friday: Winter Challenge Due
Winter Break Challenge:
Ready for a challenge? We are sending home some fun activities for your child to continue to practice the skills we have been working on in kindergarten. All of these activities will help keep their learning fresh. In addition to these fun activities, please continue to read at least 3-4 times a week. Return completed Winter Break Challenge by January 6, 2023 for a reward. This is not a requirement, but a fun incentive.
Cold Weather Guidelines
With the cooler weather, please make sure you child comes to school with a jacket labeled with their name.
Here is the district's guideline for cooler temperatures for outdoor activities
What are we learning?
Reading - I can read more and more books.
Math - I can represent teen numbers 14, 16, and 17.
Writing - I can teach my partner how to do something using the language of the discipline.
Science - I can identify the differences in the Seasons over time.
Social Studies - I can describe and explain the similarities and differences of family traditions.
Upcoming Dates:

January 16th: Martin Luther King Day, No school
January 17th: Lance Multicultural Night Celebration (5:30-7:00)
