Start Up
Recommendation: This course will introduce students to the different sectors of business through a simulated entrepreneurial experience.
Course Content: will research and analyze the characteristics of successful entrepreneurs. Student will also explore the process entrepreneurs use to get their business started-up.
Course Activities: Students will run through a simulation of the LEAN start-up process.
Technology Integration: Students will use the internet to identify problems and potential solutions that could be turned into a business. Students will use Schoology learning management system to receive and submit assignments as well as collaborate with others. Students will use recording devices and video editing software (Wevideo) to create a commercial to promote their business. Students will use the Google services for completing daily activities.
