Gear Up for Your Future! Junior year is your launchpad for exploring post-secondary options. In the fall, counselors will kick things off with a preview of the college search timeline in Wellness classes. These presentations will then be followed by small group sessions beginning in January, where we'll delve deeper into the logistics of this important process. In the spring, we'll begin meeting with each junior one-on-one to assist in developing a personalized plan, complete with action steps and a focus on the information below.

Beyond College: Additional Paths to a Career
Graduation is a launching pad, not a one-way street to college. There are amazing career paths waiting to be explored, and college isn't the only route to success. We’re here to help you figure out your path so whether you’re considering a trade, a vocational career, military service or paraprofessional careers, we’ll help you develop your plan.
Ready to dive in? Here are some alternatives to college and gap year opportunities to explore.
Parents/Guardians, we have programs for you as well!
Join us for Junior Family Night in early January. This event features a panel of college admissions professionals who will share their expertise and answer your questions! Learn about the college exploration process, strategies for finding the right fit, and new trends in admissions.
We also offer a Financial Aid Information program in March. This interactive session will demystify the financial aid process and allow you to gain valuable insight from financial aid professionals. Learn about grants, scholarships, loans, and everything in between. Come prepared with your questions – there's a dedicated Q&A session at the end.
**Date and time for both of these events is shared through News From the Hill**
