be able to know Photoshop better! Sharing research gives us more results, more ideas, more creative results! Teaching someone else is the best way to know something yourself!

Research and Development Teams:

Students will pick a subject at random from the 11 categories.

Each team researches various aspects of the topic, experimenting, watching videos, finding instructions online, saving important links and other instructional information, sketching in sketchbook.

Each team submits (to Harper) an outline of topics in the order they are covered WITH a working sketch/drawing of their plan (cartoon with notations). The tutorial is designed for someone that is just learning Photoshop.

Teams shares a folder in the Project Drive for sharing and exchanging files, OR create a Team Drive in Google Drive.

Each team is responsible for creating one tutorial covering their topic using the template example in the Shared Drive (Graphics 2, 3 > Photoshop Tutorials)

Each team will use the tutorial to teach the rest of the class about the topic. Teams will present/teach in the numbered order.

Masks: Select and mask, layer masks, refining mask [Emma and Michael]
Smart objects: making and editing, and the importance of non-destructive editing [Ethan and Keng]
Layers: organizing, visibility, types, sublayers, adding and deleting (everything under the Layers tab. [Tim and Yukiya]
Brushes: styles, sizing, and uses, relating to color and line, sampling [Sascha and Quan]
Color: manipulating, color layers, selecting color range, color adjustment layers
Adjustment Layers: all, what do they do and how to use them.
Filters: What they are and how to use them (include Smart Filters)
Paths: What they are and how to use them

All parts of the tutorial are compiled in correct order in ONE pdf.
Harper has reviewed it and signed off that it is free of errors.
The final pdf is saved to the Tutorial> final tutorial folder in the Project Drive
All team members have filled out the scoring guide with reflection on teamwork professionalism and turned in to basket with paper copy of tutorial
