The UDL book that I created in the class was a great use of technology integration. The UDL book that I created taught teachers, administrators, and coaches how to effectively use a Google Form in their classroom. This UDL book will be able to be used in the future to help explain to others how and why it is important to use a Google Form. Google Forms can make teachers' classrooms more effective and easier to keep up with grading with the automatic grading feature Google Form has to offer. I believe my UDL book was a great use of technology integration and will be beneficial in the future.
I chose my formative and summative assessments as the assignment I am most proud of but I also found them challenging because this assignment made me step a little bit out of my comfort zone. It is hard to incorporate assessments into everyday teaching that are not written assignments but it is a resource that should be embraced more. Not all students can show their knowledge based on one test but they can show their knowledge by showing the teacher what they do know. In my assignment, I use a checklist for a formative assessment to be able to monitor who understood the concept and who needed extra support. For my summative assessment, I used a rubric that graded groups based on the project that had to create. Using these forms of assessment really taught me what the teachers and administrators knew and did not know.
