Visionary Leadership

1. Please describe what Visionary Leadership means to you?

Visionary Leadership is a way to incorportate our new technology world into the lives of students and teachers. Visionary leadership means to help other adapt technology into their curriculum and help students to reach their full potiental by using technology. It also means that we are supporting one another with this transition and encouraging others to try new things that might be out of their comfort zone but we do this because their is limitless amount of resources available through the use of technology.

2. Provide an example of how you might demonstrate being a visionary leader that supports transformational change?

I would support transformational change by showing my knowledge to others. I will do this by showing them examples of how to incorporate resources into their classrooms and then give the opportunity to incorporate it themselves. I want them to see the possibilities that are out there and see how great of a resource it is. I will also be there for them to help troubleshoot problems or reteach lessons on the resources we will be implementing.
