Originally asked to feed lesson plans to the substitute
Took on the role of teaching an additional section of Algebra 1 during my prep period until a new teacher was hired
Mentored Enrique after he was hired, continued co-teaching with him until February 2016
Attended meetings with parents during transition
Observed Enrique teaching, opened up my classroom for him to observe me
We still observe, share resources, and give feedback to one another on a regular basis
