Ask students to respond to the following questions:
How does this story show that the character is developing their self-awareness?
How did the character build their confidence?
How did the character figure out their emotions? What tools/strategies did they use? What Zones were they in? How do you know?
What did the character learn in the story? How did they change?
How did the character develop a growth mindset?
What were the character's hopes and dreams? What did they learn?
What was the lesson in the story?
