WHAT AND WHY?
Sometimes these types of students can make you feel like you've been mistreated.
Some students who struggle with impulsivity have ADHD, and others might have sensory issues. Understand that there is a physical abnormality that causes this behavior. Often, the student has a lower than average cortisol level. This brain chemical is secreted in response to a stressful or threatening situation. The low level of cortisol appears to leave the student unafraid of consequences.
