These two local English teachers, Teacher Ellen and Teacher Betty, are just two of my six local English teacher partners (including Teacher Jason, Teacher Aileen, Teacher Linda, and Teacher Sophie) who collaborate with me in teaching our Grade 8 class. Every Monday, from 1 pm to 2 pm, we gather to discuss our lessons, share updates, and exchange techniques and strategies on how we can effectively teach our students.
Working alongside my local English teachers, who are my partners in teaching the students, has been incredibly valuable. They have been exceptionally helpful and supportive of my teaching strategies and methods. Their insights and suggestions have enriched my approach to teaching, and our collaboration has significantly benefited our students.
Collaborating with local teachers has provided me with a deeper understanding of the local education system and culture. It has also allowed me to integrate local perspectives and practices into my teaching, creating a more inclusive and engaging learning environment for our students. I am grateful for the opportunity to work with such dedicated and passionate educators, and I look forward to continuing our collaboration for the benefit of our students.
