These pictures were taken when we first arrived in Taiwan. We were warmly welcomed by Ma’am Claire, who works with the agency hired by the school. Upon arrival, I experienced a whirlwind of emotions. On one hand, I felt a deep sense of sadness knowing that I wouldn't be able to see my family for a long time. The thought of being away from my loved ones weighed heavily on my heart. On the other hand, I was filled with happiness and excitement about the opportunity to teach foreign students in a new country. The chance to immerse myself in a different culture and share my knowledge with students from diverse backgrounds was thrilling. This mix of emotions—sadness from leaving home and excitement for the new adventure—created a unique and unforgettable moment as I began this new chapter in Taiwan.
