What a fabulous visit from St Sylvester's Primary pupils: they completed their book challenge and enjoyed some transition fun

Transition fun with P7 pupils from West End Primary School: challenges, chats, beanbags and books!
It was great to welcome P7 pupils from East End Primary School.
They shared their book to film posters and enjoyed the beanbags, the books and browsing in their new school library.
P7 pupils were in the library in groups during the school visit on 17 April.
East End P7 pupils enjoyed a lot of good things during their visit on 19 November. Poems for St AndrewsDay and stories for Book Week Scotland.
They all want to come back! Which is great news!

Poems for St Andrew's Day were fun and we all enjoyed trying no breathing... from No Breathing in Class by Michael Rosen....thankfully, not for long! This was a lovely session with East End Primary P7s.

We hosted a lovely visit from Seafield P7s on 21 November. There were lots of giggles at some of our poetry choices and great enthusiasm for everything in our library.
