Upchurch Community,
On Monday, September 23rd around 5:00 PM, you will be able to set up your child’s parent-teacher conference through Pick-A-Time. The link will be active and shared on Monday through e-mail. Please reserve your conference date by Thursday, October 10, 2019 by 5:00 pm. After this deadline, the on-line scheduler will close.
If you do not have access to a computer to set up a conference(s), you are welcome to come to our library and use one of our computers. A computer will be available for use Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Please check in at the office before coming to the library. Mrs. Mildenberger, Mrs. Wunderlich, Mrs. Barron, or Mrs. Harrahill will be available to assist with conference sign-up.
Conference dates/times:
Monday, October 14 from 4:15 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday, October 15 from 4:15 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Thursday, October 17 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:15 p.m.

Your opinion matters. Millard Public Schools seeks to have engaged stakeholders to meet its mission. Strategy 1.2 (2018) calls for a survey to determine engagement of all stakeholders (students, families, staff, and community). Please take 10 minutes to provide us your candid input. Your answers will be anonymous. If you have students in multiple buildings, you will receive this survey link for each building and can provide specific input. The survey window will remain open through today, September 27th.

Send your HyVee receipts to Upchurch from any Omaha location and Upchurch will get back a percentage of your sales! We will have a box outside of the front office to place your receipts! We encourage you to make breakfast and lunch account deposits using www.myschoolbucks.com website or by dropping off cash or check at to the office. Please write checks to Millard Hot Lunch. Write your child/children's name(s) in the memo section of the check. A food service representative will be available to take your deposit. You can check the MPS website for menu listings. http://foodservices.mpsomaha.org
