Upchurch Community,
Next week we will have our parent teacher conferences. We look forward to seeing each of you to discuss your student's progress academically, socially, and emotionally.
Conference dates/times next week:
Monday, October 14 from 4:15 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Tuesday, October 15 from 4:15 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Thursday, October 17 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:15 p.m.

Manners
Be Respectful: When a person you know greets you, acknowledge them, make eye contact, and greet them back.
Be Respectful: Say "Please" or "May I?" when making a request.
Be Respectful: Say "Thank you" to show gratitude to others.
Be Respectful: Say "Excuse me" when needing to pass an individual or a group of people.
Be Respectful: When someone offers you something you would rather not have say "I appreciate the offer, but no thank you."

Use the crosswalks.
Students who live in the houses located directly across the street should go down to the corner crosswalk and then walk back up the hill to their house.
Dogs are not allowed on campus.
For safety reasons, we are consistent with all dogs. Please refrain from bringing them on school property. We also have students with severe allergies.
Walk your means of transportation while on campus.
This includes tricycles, bicycles, scooters, etc. Please make sure to walk these means of transportation on our sidewalks and crosswalks. This includes siblings of Upchurch students as well.

We encourage you to make breakfast and lunch account deposits using www.myschoolbucks.com website or by dropping off cash or check at to the office. Please write checks to Millard Hot Lunch. Write your child/children's name(s) in the memo section of the check. A food service representative will be available to take your deposit.
