Grade Level Lens (What is it and how has it shifted this year? What can you share to highlight your reflection on Confidence?)
The 6th grade lens is Confidence. At the beginning of the year, Confidence meant a few different things, my first one is trusting someone like you have to have confidence in that person to trust that person. Confidence is kind of like grit, you might be scared to do it or don't want to do it but you do it anyway. Also you might fail something but keep working on it to build confidence on that thing.
to me. Over all this year, I demonstrated this lens by during our first two exhibitions I got kind of scared and did not talk that loud and was getting meets on my speaking but on my three other ones I built up the confidence and spoke loud and confidently and started getting exceeds on my speaking.
2nd Claim on your grade level lens: Describe how your understanding and demonstration of this lens changed.
By the end of this year, my understanding of confidence has not really changed, I think my definition was good.
Today I have invited Mr Laron he did not know but that was the point and he is my Advisor, and I invited him because he is an amazing person, cares about everybody, he likes to follow the rules, and most of all he tries to help out as much as he can, and he is just a really good person.
At the beginning of the year, I tried to be like this inspiring person in my life by helping out people and try to make them feel better, and follow the rules.
I understood this person in my life to mean someone like me.
2nd part: Convert the lessons you have learned from this inspiring adult in your life into a claim and explain what this person means to you.
By the end of this year, Mr Laron has been a part of my life by always being there for me, and has fun with me and has kind of been like family.
