This was our last exhibition that we did this year. The thing that I am most proud of for this exhibition is that I got an exceeds. The thing that was the hardest was that at my table there were people that were vegan and I was serving chicken and that got weird fast. During this exhibition I think I demonstrated refinement because at first my menu was kind of small but then I made it bigger and also I had a hard time not reading off the cards but by the time of exhibition I memorized my cards. This exhibition was about the Columbian exchange so we had to make some food with ingredients from the Columbian exchange and we wrought about them and then the other part was the Columbian exchange effects and I got the population increase.
