8th grade POL

I am liking math class right now

I am learning a lot

I love sports and being active.

The goal is to dunk in my freshman year.

My goal for impact is to make people feel like they belong.

Future goals

My goals for the future are to, dunk freshman year, catch up in math and play basketball for a D1 collage.

I can achieve these goals by staying on my path and not focusing on anyone else. I will keep practicing and achieve my goals.

I am ready and excited for High school. This school has guided me a tremendous amount and I'm so grateful that I can understand the Habits of Heart and Mind clearly. I have a good understanding of project based learning, experience working in groups, and experience with POLs and TPOLs. Over the past year, I have developed excellent executive functioning skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to be self-driven and self-motivated.

Socially, I am really happy with how I was able to develop new friendships and relationships this year. I have become stronger at public speaking - though I still don't like it!

I wish I could tell my fourth grade self how strong and capable I am! I have pushed through many challenges in middle school, both socially & academically.

CONCLUSION: Overall this year has been very eventful both in and out of school. I am excited to reach my future goals. That was my 8th grade POL and have a great rest of your day.
