This Classroom Engagement Model Share Site will not be maintained after June 30, 2025 due to the 'retirement' of MNCoE.
It started with Routines within Routines within Routines and Zoning to create consistency and predictability for adults and children. Active participation during circle time included visuals, props, songs, and movement. The team embedded goals from all learning domains and added individual supports such as fidgets, an extra copy of the book, and differentiated seating to support all children's engagement in learning.
Thank you Marshall team for sharing this great handout highlighting how you can increase learning opportunities for all children when you intentionally plan for active participation, embed goals and individualize support for children as needed!
