Implementation Team Scope and Sequence and Agenda Template
This template has been created to provide implementation teams with a possible scope and sequence for their work with CEM. Each item from the Benchmarks of Quality has been included in the scope and sequence to help teams build their roadmap for implementation.
Every program is different, so teams can make a copy of this template, then personalize it in order to document their ideas, timelines and ongoing plans.

Benchmarks of Quality Support Documents
These guidance documents can be used as you score the
Benchmarks of Quality each Fall and Spring.
The BOQ guidance document provides details and examples for each rating. You may also find this helpful as you create action steps to implement Classroom Engagement Model program-wide. There is a place for you to add notes about what things your team has in place and ideas you have for future action plans.
CEM BOQ All Staff Input Survey - Some programs have found it helpful to collect input from all staff before completing the Benchmarks of Quality. You can create a copy of this template and edit to meet your program's specific needs. You may want to consider combining information from other surveys, such as questions about staff buy-in, in order to limit the number of times all staff are surveyed.
you may modify this template as needed and send to all staff at least 2-3 weeks prior to completing the BOQ as an implementation. Possibly give staff time to complete during a staff meeting or PLC.
Implementation Team BOQ Survey - send to implementation team members, along with the CEM BOQ guidance document, at least 1 week before the implementation meeting. If all implementation team members complete, you may enter any scores that have 100% agreement without further discussion. Your team will want to discuss and brainstorm around any items with differing scores.
All Staff Buy In Survey - this template may be modified for your program's specific needs and used annually (or more often if needed) to monitor staff buy in and collect information about possible areas of growth. You may also consider combining these questions with another survey to reduce the number of surveys staff need to complete.
We welcome your feedback about any items that are unclear or any suggestions you have to make this document more useful to programs. Please email Sally Hansen at Karen Satre with any feedback or input.
