 CEM Executive Summary

The CEM State Implementation Team is pleased to share the 2021-22 CEM Executive Summary In the summary, you will learn about the challenges and successes CEM teams experienced across Minnesota.

We invite you to share this with staff, families, and school district decision makers. If you are currently receiving funds through a Joint Powers Agreement, you may consider presenting this information to your school board. You might consider the program-level impact data could you include in that presentation.

Thank you to every CEM partner site for sharing your experiences, quotes, photos, and data. Special thank you to the CEM implementation team members who worked hard to tell the story of CEM in Minnesota and the ways you continued the work through the pandemic.
