How do I take attendance in Advisory?
Front desk will share a master spreadsheet entitled "[CURRENT QUARTER] Attendance." Attendance for advisory will be taken at 8:30.
How do I take attendance in Studios?
Using the master spreadsheet "[CURRENT QUARTER] Attendance" you will have a tab dedicated to your studio attendance. In the third column, you will see the expected roster for that day (whether a student is present or absent to school.) You record that day's attendance for your studio in the column dedicated to that date.
How do I request a sick/personal day?

How do I see the staff Google Calendar?
Open Google Calendar on your staff email. This will automatically have the MC2 Staff Google Calendar shared with you.
How do I set up my own Google Calendar?
Your MC2 email will have a Google Calendar assigned to it. Make sure you share this calendar with your colleagues so they can see your professional appointments in real time.
What goes in my Google Calendar?
Generally, we include abnormal scheduling events that are related to your duties (Learning Team Meetings, IEP meetings, Mentor Meetings, etc) as well as quarterly exhibitions and any time off from work.
How long do studios run?
Our studios are block sessions, they run 90 minutes each day, 3x per week (M,W,F)
How do I read/reply to student EODs?
Make sure to read and reply to all your advisee/student EODs each day! Go to Project Foundry and log in, making sure your are logging in as either "advisor" or "coach" role. Click on the "Portfolio" tab, and then select "Journals." You can see the instructional video here.
How do I write my own EOW?
Teachers and staff are expected to reflect at the end of each week. These are read by your colleagues, and provide a great way to grow together professionally. Log in at the portal website and click on "Write EOW."
