Attend to job responsibilities as detailed in work agreement
Dress appropriately - what's called "business casual" - no jeans; neat and clean clothes;
Be present for the duration of the workday - 8 am - 4 pm unless otherwise arranged,
Timely communication regarding absences with School Leader and other staff, including full information for covering your responsibilities;
Use professional language and maintain appropriate boundaries
Follow board policies regarding relationships and interactions with students
Assume responsibility for clear communications, with school leadership, other staff, students, families and community partners (as applicable); writing Weekly professional EOW reflections
Develop and maintain fluent knowledge and shared understanding of school vision, mission, rules, procedures, expectations, and structures including Full participation in professional development/training and Investment of time outside of school day to reach this expectation.
Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation: including:
daily attendance, including notes regarding in-progress and completed off-site learning experiences,
communication log of parent/guardian contact,
including Learning Team Meeting notes in student files, Exhibition of learning/gateway assessment records in student files,
Ongoing and up to date tracking of student work through all stages of development in Project Foundry.

MC2 teachers maintain growth mindset toward student's learning, teaching practice, and personal/collective professional development. Internship Coordinator does this through the lens of community internships.
Advisors will assist students by providing educational guidance and assistance. They help plan schedules, recommend courses and determine appropriate education solutions for different types of students.
Support staff help ensure our learners are supported in a safe environment. They play a huge role and assist our learners in any way they need to help them thrive.
Adjuncts bring their professional expertise into the school. They share their knowledge and work with our learners and help mentor them across all disciplines.
Our volunteers and mentors have worn many hats in the past. They may tutor or mentor students, assist in studios, share their special skills or occupation to help enrich learning, help within the community, and contribute in any way to help MC2 thrive!
Our School Leader oversees the entire operation of the school, while ensuring our students, staff, and community feel safe and supported. They provide strategic direction within our school.
