PD & Cert

Documentation and Staff EOWs
Staff write EODs and EOWs as part of the documentation for their professional goals and recertification process. During the normal term, every staff member writes an EOW reflection. In addition, on PD days, staff are expected to reflect on each day. All staff at both campuses typically have access to each others' reflections, and responses are encouraged!

Professionals must log and track their own professional development/certification hours independently. For guidance on how to describe or track these, feel free to ask your supervisor.
Below are two different examples of how MC2 staff have tracked their PD.
