Directions to PELA

Your event will take place inside the Portland English Language Academy (PELA). PELA is located inside the Lloyd Center on the 3rd(top) floor in the northwest corner of the building. PELA is directly across from Carrington College on the same floor as the Lloyd Center Food Court.

The directions below lead to the Lloyd Center entrance nearest to PELA. If arriving before 10:30AM or departing after 7:00PM, use only this entrance to reach PELA. Lloyd Center entrances on the 1st and 2ndfloor are closed before 10:30AM and after 7:00PM. 

By car, enter the parking garage at the corner of NE Halsey St & NE 9th Ave. Once inside the parking garage, take the ramp all the way up to the 3rd (top) floor of the parking garage and use the Lloyd Center entrance you will see from the top of the ramp. PELA is just inside this entrance. Parking is free.

By MAX, bus, streetcar, bicycle, or walking, enter the parking garage at the corner of NE Halsey St & NE 9th Ave. Once inside the parking garage, take the outdoor elevator (or stairs) to the 3rd (top) floor of the parking garage and use the Lloyd Center entrance you will see from the elevator. PELA is just inside this entrance.

This entrance involves a short set of stairs with no ramps. If needed, please contact PELA for directions to the nearest Lloyd Center entrance that has a ramp.

Lloyd Center entrances on all floors (1, 2, & 3) are open 10:30AM-7:00PM. If arriving before 10:30AM or departing after 7:00PM, the above directions should be followed. Between 10:30AM-7:00PM, PELA can be reached from any Lloyd Center entrance. Once inside the Lloyd Center, PELA can be found on any Lloyd Center directory.
