What to Bring

FOOD

Lunch, snacks and water for the day

CLOTHING

Athletic clothing and a warm jacket. The MMC can be cold in Spring.

Rock climbing shoes are optional for this session. Hiking boots or running shoes will work great.

REQUIRED GEAR

• Climbing harness 

• Climbing helmet

• Belay/rappel device

• "Third-Hand" backup (Autoblock, Hollowblock, or accessory cord)

• 1 Large Locking Carabiners

• 5 Medium Locking Carabiners

• 1 Medium Non-Locking Carabiners

• Personal Protection (nylon runner or PAS)
