Chorus

This course allows students to be introduced and learn choral music. It also: 

• Promotes the enjoyment and appreciation of music through performance of beginning choral repertoire from a variety of times and places.

• Allows students to participate in rehearsals which focus on the development of critical listening/aural skills; rudimentary instrumental technique and skills, music literacy, and ensemble skills; and aesthetic musical awareness culminating in periodic public performances.
