Constitutional Law & Court Procedures

This course will focus on all aspects of the law profession with a focus on court procedures and its impact upon the Constitution. Topics will include: 

• A study in the history, political science, entertainment, current issues to ascertain understanding of law’s impact upon current, past, and future society.

• A focus into all areas of Constitutional Law with a special focus on discussing the impact on court procedures.

• The use of case studies and real life scenarios to debate and discuss key subjects within law.
