Stagnation is comfortable, but ordinary. Pressing “repeat” year after year in your relationships, in your teaching, and in your life is comfortable, but ordinary. What have you done so far this year to reach for a new level of success? What small daily habits can you implement right now that will help you reach for extraordinary?
As a reminder, the next R-Factor Connect Session will be on March 18.

Continue to reach out to school counselors, psychologists, mental wellness coordinators, and building administrators if you believe a student may be harming themselves.
