Live Events and Technical Production

Students learn individual and group work skills in a variety of topics Live lighting and sound mixing, set building, stage managing, sound editing, video editing, camera operation, and other back-stage, and behind the scenes operations.. Students will also be involved in the school production (hall) crew. Students will have the opportunity to obtain a Certificate 1 and will be given the opportunity to gain paid work as part of the production crew for school hall events. ​

Lessons will be a combination of practical work and theory, with a focus on working as a team.

Assessment will be skill based - demonstrating practical abilities, with some theory based assessment.
