1Willow Learning Update

Central idea: Celebrations can enhance the way we see the world.

This week has been a fantastic week back and we have explored so much learning. We have discussed many different celebrations and what different people do during these celebrations. We have gone on a material hunt for science and we have learnt about many different materials and what they have been used for. The children have been very busy with art this week too. They have created poppies and they have sketched beautiful pieces in their sketch books for Remembrance Day.

In maths we have begun subtraction and finding missing parts. The children have worked incredibly hard this week and have come back after the half term break ready to learn.
