NRSG 335L is a 8-hour clinical laboratory that must be taken concurrently with NRSG 335. During this clinical, you will have the responsibility of giving nursing care to developing families. This clinical experience have been planned to assist you to put into practice the classroom theory you will be learning. Enjoy your time with the assigned patient and simulation experience. Pregnant women, new mothers, and infants will teach you important lessons, and you, in turn, will help them get off to a healthy start by sharing the knowledge you have. 3. Course Objective: The student will demonstrate critical thinking and apply steps of the nursing process, which include synthesis of theoretical concepts and nursing knowledge and skill; physical and psychosocial nursing assessment of patients; analysis of nursing actions; planning of effective patient care; and implementation and evaluation of optimal patient outcomes. a.
