Stowe High School

Week in Review

“Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice, and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.” -Pelé

June 14, 2021

The end of the 2020-2021 school year has arrived. This year was a true test of everyone’s ability to navigate challenging situations including a hybrid learning environment, interrupted weeks due to school closures, and adjusting to continual guidance changes. However, everyone should be so proud of their accomplishments and as of today, we can further celebrate with all restrictions being lifted. We are headed in the right direction and there are many learning moments that we can also take with us as we enter into the summer months and prepare for next fall.

This year did end on a high note with a fantastic graduation outside with beautiful weather and an amazing backdrop to celebrate the Class of 2021! It was possible due to the collective help and support of our wonderful facilities team along with faculty and staff. Thank you!!!

As we move on to taking time for ourselves, relaxing, and enjoying time away from school, it is also a time to reflect on the experiences here. These past two years have certainly been like no other and neither year was “normal”. However, it was wonderful to be able to work with a great faculty and staff and all of the students. There were new experiences for everyone and we all grew in our own ways. I wish the Stowe High School community the best of luck next year as there will be more transitions to navigate as we look forward to the 2021-2022 school year.

Senior Brunch-perfect day and setting!

Before leaving the high school for the last time. All graduates walked out of the main entrance where they first entered the high school four years ago!

Our new school sign. Thank you Tim Waite (our design tech teacher) and Jordyn Jackson (graduate who painted the center picture)
