Example:
Students complete a book report for a month by creating a movie. Students must compile footage with their Chromebook or other device. The book report recap must fit into a 3-5 minute window. The recap can either be an acting out of their favorite scene, a "talking head" report, or some other method of reporting on the book.

Example:

Example:
Students will collaborate on creating a classroom news blog updating parents on the happenings within the classroom. Students will submit their blog entry to a class selected editor who will then forward to the teacher for publishing. The teacher will include the classroom blog as part of his/her weekly news to parents.

Example:
Students will work in a group to create or copy the melody and lyrics for a hymn. The students will present the hymn to a small group in the class, gather feedback, and then present all the songs in a special classroom concert.

Example:
Students will gather 5 projects or assignments that they want to present to their parents at the Parent Teachers Conference. Students will gather all materials and place them onto their Google Drive or OneDrive and then share them on the classroom projector on the day of the meeting. Students will use devices to capture pictures and upload materials into their portfolio.
