The following protocol will be implemented and divided into two categories, incoming leads and outgoing leads. Incoming leads are those potential customers who contact us first. Outgoing leads are those we research, cold call, identify while out in the field, are referred by outside sources or existing contacts, or are identified in-house by any other means. We are making the first contact in outgoing leads.
