Staff who are new to Continental Kosher Butchers are inducted to provide them with the knowledge and skills necessary for them to perform their role in a safe and healthy manner. Staff returning to work after a long absence, such as from maternity or long service leave or after injury, or been working for more than 5 years, may need a refresher induction (re-induction) to explain any new or updated processes and equipment procedures and to maintain required OHS and food safety knowledge and skills.
