Taking e-mail orders might be easier compared to phone orders, however there are procedures that needs to be followed:
Classify as delivery or pick up. If it is a delivery, you will need to rewrite it on the delivery sheet. If it is a pick up, you can directly print the e-mail order.
After you processed the order, you will need to reply with a confirmation message that notifies if we have received the order and thank the customer for placing the order.
For deliveries, please confirm the delivery day and date when sending the confirmation message.
Please also politely ask for the credit card details of customer whenever they have not provided any (phone number won't be compulsory if you can reach customer through e-mail)
