RAND

Process for RAND is as follows

• Amanda books pickup on line

• M & M poultry receive the Consignment pages

• M & M send these to Amanda

• Amanda sends to me

• On the day of pickup we ring Rand NSW 02 9670 0008 - currently I speak to Stephanie

• If she is not available ask to speak to someone in Line Haul. Make sure you have the above consignment page handy as they may ask what the TOR number is.

• She will advise time leaving and trailer number for the delivery

• Once you have this ring GoCold Logistics local office on 03 9311 9888

• Advise them of the trailer number for pick up the following day and time leaving and ask who the driver will be picking up our consignment ( usually they will be there about 5am)

• Then text Stephen - 0411 125 620 - with the details - i.e. TOR number, time leaving, trailer number and who the driver is from GoCold who will be collecting our consignment and delivering it to Malvern.

• If there is a new driver (who has not previously picked up our consignment) then obtain his name and mobile number and let Stephen know this

• Advise verbally or text to Daniel Lewis
