Uploading Online Orders to CKB Portal

This task needs to be done after 3PM (after squarespace pickup or delivery date is changed).

Go to Squarespace

Click on Orders on the left-hand side option

Click Export on top-right

Tick all Pending, Fulfilled, and Cancelled Orders

Click Next

Choose Include orders from: Specific Date range

Set Start Date as 1 week ago at 00:00AM and set End Date as today at 03:01PM (e.g the day is Thursday 21st May. You should set the Start Date as Thursday 14th May, 00:00 AM and End Date as Thursday 21st May, 03:01PM)

Click Next and Choose All Products

Click Save

A csv file will then be downloaded on bottom-left. Click on that.

Only upload orders that will be picked up and dispatched the next day and the day after (e.g it is Wednesday so you will need to upload orders for Thursday and Friday). On Thursday, you will need to upload the new orders for Friday (if there is any). On Friday, you will need to upload Tuesday orders (there is no Monday orders).

Delete orders on excel file that does not need to be uploaded.

Ensure that there is no cells gap between different online orders (Refer to the picture below).

Click File > Save when you are done

Upload the file into orders.ckb.com.au portal.

Open the portal and click Upload POs as one of the menus on top.

Click on drop-down arrow and choose Webstore.

Click on choose files and attach the orders.csv that you have already saved.

Click upload.

Click on PO List, and you will see that the order has been uploaded.

As the webstore orders are uploaded, there will be one webstore order which has no content. You will need to erase this blank order by pressing the red cross and pressing 'Confirm Delete'.
