To Send SMS to any contacts/ leads, we use Zoho CRM which has been integrated with Sinch Message Media. Please login to Zoho CRM application using your credentials.
SMS can only be sent to contacts, leads, or contacts within an account.
To see SMS Inbox or reply to an ongoing conversation, open Smooth Inbox and Bulk SMS
Select all conversations and all users
Once you found the message you want to respond to, you may type you response on the textbox at the bottom and click send
Another way of sending SMS is by finding the specific contacts/ leads/ accounts on CRM you want to send the SMS to. Please ensure this contact exist in CRM, the easiest way to search for a contact is by using search button on the top right hand corner.
Once you've found the contact profile you want to send SMS to, click Send Smooth Message Button on the top right hand corner, and a window will pop up, always use the default number +61438 506 430 as the sender. You can type your message on the textbox and click send at the bottom of the page. There is option to send the message now or to schedule it at specific time.
To see previous SMS communications to a contact/ leads, search for the specific contact, scroll down to bottom of the page to find Smooth Messenger module. See below.
When there is a new inbound SMS message, an email will be sent to orders@ckb.com.au mailbox with notifications so someone can check the SMS inbox. Emil notifications will look like below
When you see this message, please go to Smooth Inbox in CRM and you will see the new message at the bottom of the list. Please refer to the date and or time when you open the message. You can respond accordingly.
