3. Select Supplying Direct to Store from the menu on the left hand side. Select Coles Roster and Roster Exception.
4. In this example, we are going to change delivery schedule for period 27 September to 4 October. (Grand final eve and Jewish New Year).
Last delivery VIC / NSW Thursday 26/9
Grand Final Eve 27/9 (closed)
Rosh Hashana 30/9 - 2/10 (closed)
First Dispatch VIC / NSW 4/10
5. First you need to find the specific date you want to change. Scroll to the right until you find it. We are going to add NSW delivery on Friday (27/9), being last dispatch is on Thursday (26/9) - see below. and we are going to delete Saturday delivery (no dispatch on Friday (27/9) and we are deleting VIC Friday (27/9) delivery - we are closed. See the comparison between original and updated roster below.
6. Click save button at the top or bottom when finished. And all the updated roster will be highlighted in red as below.
7. We are deleting all of the delivery (marked in red) for Monday (30/9) until Thursday (3/10) - we are closed. We are changing lead time for VIC deliveries on Friday (4/10) - marked in blue. Please see comparison below.
8. When finished click the save button and updated roster will be highlighted in red as below.
