Rule: The space between numbers and bullets can vary according to the amount of space on the slide. The spacing before the paragraph can range from 6 pt to 12 pt to 18 pt. Line spacing should be set to ‘Single’.
Rule: Use the same spacing for bullets throughout a list.

Rule: When different hierarchies are present in one list, the lower hierarchies need to be indented. The number or bullet should always be placed where the text of the higher-ordered hierarchy starts. Use the ruler tool to move the number or bullet to the desired position.
